420-hour Pre-School and Day Care Facilitator Program:

Designed to develop skilled and responsible ECCE professionals, the programme supports learners in transitioning into employment and apprenticeship opportunities. RPL - Pre-School Day Care & Facilitator Program:
This programme is designed for experienced early childhood professionals seeking to strengthen their skills, validate their expertise, and enhance their career opportunities in the ECCE sector. Combining 50 hours of practical training and 40 hours of theoretical learning, the programme develops key competencies in child welfare, safety practices, holistic development, age-appropriate learning, progress assessment, and family collaboration.
Participants also build essential workplace skills in communication, digital literacy, professional ethics, inclusion, and career readiness, preparing them to confidently work as skilled preschool and daycare facilitators. The programme supports professionals in upgrading their qualifications, improving employability, and advancing their careers in early childhood education.
